Unfortunately we can not accept returns for hygiene reasons. If you feel that the product you have received is not satisfactory in any way, send us an email at info@brownbare.com.au so that we can resolve the issue.

If you have ordered an incorrect size, we are more than happy to accept the item back for an exchange as long as the item is in its original condition in the sealed packaging. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
